Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L314 coal tar cleaner usage instructions:
1. Usage concentration: Cleaner:water = 1:10 to 20. Increasing the concentration enhances cleaning power; manual cleaning requires a relatively higher concentration.
2. Cleaning temperature: Can be used at room temperature, but cleaning effectiveness is better at temperatures between 50-80°C.
3. For heavily soiled oil or high-melting-point grease, manually or mechanically remove part of the sludge first, then use a high-efficiency heavy oil stain cleaner with heating.
4. Depending on the characteristics of the item and the degree of oil contamination, cleaning methods such as immersion, brushing, soaking, spraying, boiling, or ultrasonic cleaning can be employed.

5. For optimal oil coke removal, mix Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L314 coal tar cleaner with Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L214 coal tar scale cleaner in a 1:1 ratio.
